The second round of the Italian National Enduro Championship took place in Caltanissetta Sicily on 27/28 April with two days of racing anticipated by a Friday night Super Test. In front of a large crowd at the Bugatti circuit - which hosted the 47th edition of the 24 Heures Motos - the Kawasaki Webike Trickstar team started from sixth on the grid.
It was a rainy start to the 2024 Enduro World Championship season over the weekend of 6 and 7 April in Fafe, Portugal. Following some years of absence in this racing class Kawasaki took part in an EnduroGP race and the Kawasaki Motors Italy supported MGR Racing Team fielded three riders Davide Soreca, Aleksander Bracik and Herman Ask.
Alex Lowes earned a superb race win in the ten lap WorldSBK Superpole Race at Phillip Island and followed it up with a second victory on the Ninja ZX-10RR in a shortened Race Two. His KRT team-mate Axel Bassani scored points in each Sunday race, finishing 11th each time.
2024 marks the third season that the Scandinavian duo of Manager, Antti Pyrhönen, and team principle, Kimi Raikkonen, field the Kawasaki Racing Team in MXGP on behalf of the Kawasaki factory and the optimism of all concerned is tangible.
