Confirmed for the upcoming 2027 road motorcycle model range, Kawasaki will once more offer the naked Supercharged Z H2 and Z H2 SE plus a Hypersport touring option via the Ninja H2 SX and Ninja H2 SX SE.

Since its sensational world press launch at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, the Z H2 – and subsequently its SE variant – has been at the forefront of the Supernaked category, thanks, in part, to the unique Kawasaki in-house-developed integrated supercharger. Displaying the corporate strength of the entire Kawasaki engineering group, the forced-induction technology present on both the Z H2 and Ninja H2 SX series sets them apart from the competition and places them on another level.

For the Z H2, that supercharger quite literally is the “driving force” that pushes the whole stunning package forward, resplendent in unique Sugomi* features, and offering a no-compromise approach highly appreciated by the vast global audience who enjoy naked-style machines.

Able to harness the full power of the supercharged engine, the Z H2’s specially designed frame offers both high-speed stability and light handling facilitating precise control. The trellis construction combines pipes of high-tensile steel, each with carefully selected diameter, thickness and bend to obtain the necessary stiffness for that part of the frame.

That trellis technology is shared by the Ninja H2 SX, which offers high-speed intercontinental touring thanks to its sleek aerodynamic bodywork and the option of colour-coded One-Key System integrated luggage. The Bosch-developed ARAS (Advanced Rider Assistance Systems) is fitted as standard, featuring Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Blind Spot Detection (BSD) and Forward Collision Warning (FCW). Additional functions include Vehicle Hold Assist (VHA) and an Emergency Stop Signal (ESS).

Taking things to the next level, both the Z H2 and Ninja H2 SX models feature an SE variant. In the case of the Z H2 that delivers such things as Showa electronic suspension with Skyhook technology and Brembo brake calipers. Additionally, customers can specify a further “Performance” Edition that encompasses items such as an Akrapovič Titanium silencer and colour matched rear set cover**.

For the Ninja H2 SX, the Edition models comprise machines created using Kawasaki Genuine Accessories covering Tourer, Performance and Performance Tourer classifications, resulting in a plethora of choice across the standard model. The SE variant additionally boasts KECS (Kawasaki Electronic Control Suspension) with Skyhook technology and Brembo Stylema front brake calipers.
