8 March 2010 Kawasaki heads MCN readers' survey Top 10 Greatest Engines

In a survey held amongst more than 12,000 MCN readers, the Kawasaki ZX-12R (2000-2006) was voted to have the greatest motorcycle engine to date.
Behind the Ninja ZX-12R, on the third position, readers placed the Ninja ZX-10R's engine (2004-2010) and ranking fifth the ZZR1400 (2006-2010) can be found. A great result, showing that real world riders greatly enjoy and think highly of the powerful and smooth Kawasaki engines.

No other manufacturer scores as high in the final ranking of MCN readers, beating the likes of Yamaha's YZF-R1, Suzuki's GSX-R1000 and Hayabusa, Triumph's Daytona 675 and Ducati's 1098.
