Kawasaki Introduces Six-Year European Motorcycle Warranty

Kawasaki is introducing a new six-year warranty against manufacturing defects for all new road motorcycles purchased from its official dealers in Europe.

Replacing the current four-year warranty, the 50% longer cover applies both to all incoming 2027 models and to new machines already in Kawasaki European dealer stock that have not yet been warranty registered.

Being rolled out by Kawasaki’s European branches between early November and the start of 2027, the new scheme is a further extension of the current highly efficient warranty programme and is focussed on further enhancing customer satisfaction, brand loyalty and peace of mind.

Commenting on the roll-out, Managing Director of Kawasaki Motors Europe, Mr Shigemi Tanaka, said:

“Our customer service records show that the vast majority of owners will likely never have to rely on their Kawasaki warranty. However, should they need help or assistance, it’s reassuring for them to know it’s not just the day, week, month or year after purchase that they can make a warranty enquiry, but for six whole years. This updated scheme perfectly illustrates our confidence in the quality and durability of the products our official European dealers sell.”

All new road registered Kawasaki motorcycles purchased from a European authorised dealer are supplied with a Six Year Manufacturer warranty.
