Starting from 8th on the grid, the #11 Kawasaki gradually made up ground before establishing itself firmly in the top five. It ultimately secured this position thanks to remarkable teamwork, despite a few incidents during the race, to finish the season in 4th place in the championship.

For the final round of the 2026 FIM EWC World Championship, the Kawasaki Webike Trickstar returned to the Paul Ricard circuit at Le Castellet (France), the venue for a Bol d’Or contested in ideal weather conditions. Of the 56 teams entered, including 6 who are still in contention for the world title, only 36 made it to the finish line – further proof of the toughness of this legendary race.

Despite a backhanded start that saw him drop back beyond the top 10, Róman Ramos Alvaro gradually found his pace at the controls of the #11 Kawasaki ZX-10RR and began a steady climb up the field. By the second stint, Christian Gamarino had secured 6th place, before the combined efforts of the three riders firmly established the Kawasaki in the top five.

At the 8-hour mark, the Franco-Japanese team was still in 5th place and had picked up a further 6 points.

The second half of the race was then disrupted by a few electronic issues leading to a loss of power. Despite the quick and precise work of the entire technical team, several pit stops saw the Kawasaki drop back to 9th position. However, Roman Ramos Alvaro, Christian Gamarino and Grégory Leblanc did not let up in their efforts, despite fatigue and the tricky conditions at dawn. Ryuji Tsuruta’s team thus began another comeback that would ultimately see them return to the top five.

The #11 Kawasaki crossed the line in 5th position and scored 21 points, bringing its total to 105 points. The official Kawasaki team has therefore secured 4th place in the championship. Following two podium finishes at Le Mans and Spa, and a final round characterised by the consistency and tenacity of the whole team, Kawasaki Webike Trickstar is now focusing on preparations for the 2027 season and the goal of reaching the FIM EWC podium.
